We want you to love your manicure as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most products. If a shade isn't your perfect match or a tool doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to view your eligible items.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different shade, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items—preferably in the original eco-friendly packaging—to prevent leaks during transit.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or shipment within 5-7 business days.
